On Thursday, December 11th, the Burwell American Legion Auxiliary and the Burwell 6th grade students took handmade Christmas ornaments to the Veterans at the Community Memorial Health Center to wish them a Merry Christmas and thank them for their service. The Auxiliary has been conducting several educational activities with the Burwell Elementary students throughout the year and has a few more activities planned for the second semester.
