Longhorns Look Forward to 7th Consecutive Year of Playoffs

The Senior class of the Burwell High School football team have had a very successful career, posting a career record of 28-8 and participating in the Nebraska State High School football playoffs each year in high school. They will be playing in their 5th playoff game against Maxwell on Thursday, October 27th on their home field.
The Longhorns have also added quarterback Sage Gideon to the 1,000 yard club. He has thrown for 1,286 yards and 15 touchdowns. Sage has completed passes to 10 different receivers this season.
