Last Day of School 2013

The last full day of school for Burwell Public Schools students will be Thursday, May 16th followed by a 1:00 dismissal on Friday, May 17th.
Students will receive their check out sheets during first period on Wednesday, May 15th. Teachers are not to allow students to leave a class to go get signatures. Any students who do not get their check out sheets turned in on Friday will need to return the check out the following week. Students who do not check out will not get their report cards and classes will not be held for their schedules. Report cards will be available to be picked up beginning Wednesday, May 22nd if the student has check out properly and has no incomplete's. They will not be mailed.
Students need to get all bills and fines paid. All books and borrowed materials (including laptops) must be returned. Juniors will check in computers during 2nd period on Friday, May 17th if not sooner.
Check-Out:
There will be a 1:00 schedule on Friday, May 17th followed by student check out. Juniors will report to lockers at 1:00. All other classes will repot to your class sponsors. Sophomores in the Music Room. Freshmen in Room 106. 8th Grade in Room 109. 7th Grade in Room 103. Once you have all staff signatures you will need to report to your lockers at the times listed below.
-Juniors 1:00
-Sophomores 1:30
-Freshmen 2:00
-Eighth 2:30
-Seventh 3:00
Mr. Owen will be the final signature needed to check out. Be sure your lockers are clean both inside and outside. Any pencil/pen markings will need to be cleaned off. Any tape on your locker will need to be removed. Mr. Owen will inspect all lockers. Please report any damages that will need to be repaired and sign up for next year's locker.
