Burwell Public Schools Receives Nebraska Community Foundation "Bridging the Learning Gap" grant with Support from Calamus Area Community Fund

Congratulations to Burwell Public Schools on receiving a Nebraska Community Foundation "Bridging the Learning Gap" Grant with the support of the Calamus Area Community Fund. The grant was matched through the Calamus Area Community Fund and will allow the school to purchase 30 additional chromebooks for the elementary school, 30 headset/microphones for staff members, a 2-year subscription to Screen Cast-O-Matic for recording and posting lessons, network infrastructure upgrades in the elementary school, and a 1-year subscription for staff development on Google Suites apps with MobileMind.com. All of these items will allow students and staff members to improve their digital learning experience.
